SUMO BEGINNINGS Once upon a time two Sydney boys had a vision of creating a healthier Australia, a country where busy people didn’t have to compromise on their health for convenience. A world where fast food doesn’t mean poor quality. And the dream came true. In 2003, the first SumoSalad store opened in Sydney after Co-Founders Luke Baylis and James Miller retuned to Australia from the US with excess baggage to shed.
